Seedling in coco problems

My third seed in coco usually don't have any problems but everyone has got to this point point and the second leafs start curling with slow growth it is about 2 weeks old i was thinking overwater but I let it dry out before another water im lost and aggravated its a light green color only .5 ec nutes

.5ec at two weeks? dial that down...way down! you should only be at .8ec max during peak flower.
