Seedling Lighting Help

Hi Everyone

I have a seeding, it is in a jiffy pellet. She showed her head this morning.

I have a couple of 14W LED lights from China, it is made up of 225 x assorted Red and Blue LED's (old fashioned LEDs that look like little nipples). They are clearly not powerful enough for growing a mature plant, but are they powerful enough for a seedling?

How many hours a day of light should i be giving a seedling?
How close to the seedling should it be/can it be?
and at what point do i switch from a weaker light source to my 300W LED light?

Not sure what type of LEDs you have but they sound weak. Keep LEDs 6" to start & watch closely. Keep on 24 hours.
