Seedling lighting

So I just placed my taproot in soil. At the moment I have an 11w light or 300w light which one would be recommended to use for the sprouting of this plant

Either one will work. Just place the 11 watt close and the 300 further back. Make sure you cover the seedling with a dome or a jar or a ziplock bag. You also want to get the heat from the bulb or use a heating mat to keep the soil at 80° F.

No need for a dome. The taproot will do all the work for you. A dome and high RH are only needed for clones.

Hi, I have a 2ftx2ft grow tent and using 2 x 2ft T5HO 24w. (picture)
I placed my seed in root riot for germination 3 days ago and it is now at this stage. (picture)
I have a couple of questions regarding the light setup:
1-How far should the distance be between the light and the seedling at this stage and how does the distance change as the plant grows (if you can provide a timeline)?
2-At which stage of the plants growth will the T5 HO turn obsolete and what should I replace it with?
I have a chinese Bestiva 600W double chip that I bought as it's cheap and don't have a big budget, but I don't know when to use it and how far to keep it away from the canopy.
