Seedling stunted and yellowing

I don’t know what I’ve done wrong this time. I have never really had a problem in the seedling stage. But the leaves are yellowing and looking bad in general and the growth is slow. I know that its slow in the early stages but this one is to slow. Nearly no new growth from day to day. This one poped out of soil 5 days ago. First I thought it was a soil problem. But I am using the same soil for my tobacco plants and they seems to handle it just fine even tho they are more fragile than cannabis seedlings

Not bad for 5 days in that regard. Probably fine. They dont start getting deficient till they have a couple more nodes. Probably because it has those reserves as cotyledons. Idk tho Im no expert. Just a expert dabber.
