Seedlings in DWC.. stretching too far?

The seedlings are about 1 week old since popping up threw root plugs. Are they stretching too much for the light? Seems most plants I see are bushy and small, mine are getting stretched and tiny leaves only.

Am i too impatient or is something wrong?

right now they are in ph corrected bubble tub and being sprayed with same water every so often, no nutes. Lights are about 3-4 inches above them, just one 100watt eq full specrum CFL.

First, cover those pots and that plug COMPLETELY from the light.
Use something white or silver that reflects light, not absorb it.
Stop spaying the seedlings. They don't need it.
You want them to develope a strong root system right now, that seraches for food.
Where is your water/solution level relative to the bottom of your pots ?

Good, keep baskets submerged until a few days AFTER you see the first root.
Usually 10 - 14 days after seedling breaks the surface and drops hits shell.
Then no more than an inch below basket.
I sometimes get a cup of the solution and pour some over the plugs and the base of the seedling, gently.
Every 2 - 3 days.
