Seeds in Plugs????

So I have my seeds in moist Superplugs (about 36 hours now) and im starting to see something come through the top of one of the plugs... the only problem is it looks like a root. I carefully with very low light looked at the remaining seeds in the plugs and they are starting to split but the one that has broken top looks like a root... any ideas or suggestions on what to do in this situation or should i just let it work itself out for a little while longer?

the root could very well be going in the wrong direction, but the only thing messing with it is going to do at this point is surely kill it. Usually the root corrects itself if the seed was wrong side up, but it takes double the energy & time to do so.
