Seeds ready

Will the seeds turn completely brown then you know there ready to harvest or do they turn brown once harvested?

They don't change color when you harvest. Some will get big but stay gray. When they are ready the seeds at the top will start to poke out of the bud and might drop on their own if you let it go too long but if you only want seeds out of the plant and aren't going to smoke it, you can let it keep growing a few weeks past normal harvest just to make sure they are all mature.
