Seeds taken from Attitude Order

I just received my shipment from Attitude Seed Bank. I also ordered a shirt so that I would get guaranteed delivery. I opened it up and there was only the shirt. There is tape on the outside of the package that says 'Examined by U.S Customs and Border Protection'. Has this happened to anyone before? Should I be worried?
 
No need to worry.....but it appears customs has gotten wise to Attitudes shipping methods. I'm reading about this a lot lately. Takes some pic's of the package, send them to Attitude customer service and they'll reship. You should mention they need to change up their shipping methods since customs is wise to their methods.

I'll also mention this is why I switched to Herbies.....cheaper, faster and better stealth. I used Attitude for years, maybe 12 orders all together. But lately, with all the complaints, I was wise to move on.
 
Bummer dude, but at least you opted for guaranteed delivery. Also hearing this more and more. Do as SSHZ recommends.
 
Yep, like above poster said, take a picture of the package, email the picture to attitude and they will take care of it.
Personally, I think the "guaranteed" shipping is a bad idea. I have never had a regular "letter" intercepted but the mugs and tshirts get taken all the time.

Maybe that is the 'Tude's way of battling the many seeds that get yanked with the t-shirt and mug shipments. Customs is busy opening up packages with only cups and shirts while the seed packs go through unmolested :).
 
do you think that they will go through my package again if they see my name again? should i ship it to a different address under a different name?

With the millions of packages/letters that come through? Doubtful. Perhaps try a different delivery method, like the crush proof tin.
 
You got me freakin' out about my order, and why it is taking way longer than normal....Then again, USPS notoriously SUCKS.

At least they guarantee shipping, but I am changing suppliers after hearing this. Not even cool...

i ordered mine on March 26th, and received it today. It shows on the tracking thing that it arrived in indiana on April 4. i wont ever use attitude again. -__-
 
Ouch, good thing I took clones from my seeds 8 different strains. I still want more strains but good for a while. Maybe Ill order before xmass then customs will be swamped :)

My Attitude package was diverted to a Warrendale, PA facility which was strange, seeing as how I've done many before and there were never two USPS stops prior to my local big city USPS hub (which delivered to my local post office the following day). Sure enough, T-shirt and no seeds with the "Examined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection" green tape sealing the envelope opening. Followed the procedure above, sending proof of interception to the company; waiting for a response.
Peace and stay green, but not gubmint tape green.
 
Just received my shirt with no seeds as well. Wish I would have done more research before hand to avoid this long wait for nuthin but a tshirt. Has anyone had success after contacting the company?
