so apparently the price of one life is $268?

how does that happen? wasnt she at fault? doesnt that ticket only happen when nobody gets hurt, and a cop catches you driving over the line? i would think what she did would be vehicular manslaughter at the very least.


Brianna Gomez's father, Tom White, said he was relieved Williams changed her plea from not guilty in the driving on the wrong side of the road citation.
He said insurance companies representing the Gomez family and the Williams family have been at loggerheads since the incident.
"Basically, I hope that will help in the insurance. I hope we can get on with our lives," White said.

^^thats what the victims dad had to say?! he doesnt have a problem with the 200 dollar fine she got for killing his daughter?

She pled GUILTY to driving on the wrong side of the road, which means the Civil case will pretty much be an automatic win for the Plaintiff. How many millions do you think the Gomez family will get? I bet there was already a deal on the table before she even went to court. Pleading guilty to something like that would be stupid unless you already had the victim's family convinced to settle out of court.

thats a good point

does anyone know if she will get her license taken away? i doubt it since its a misdemeanor.

I was thinking the same thing.
I wonder how much she offered the victims father to skate away from a Vehicular manslaughter charge.
