as i'm waiting for my 400w mh and 400w hps from HTG that has been relocating for 2 weeks now. i have a led panel but my brain isn't a thinker like a "handyman" and i'm growing in a grow tent and would like to know what is the best way to hang the led panel up.

1. tell me the name of the pieces that i should buy at the hardware store to make it accomplish-able. i wanna put the led panel up and bring adjust it in height (up/down) very easy.
any ideas, tips, name of pieces?
