Short Flush.... risky?

I flushed with canna flush 4 days ago, watered till it was pouring from the bottom of my airpots [and the sides] i then gave them 2 days to use up that water and yesterday gave them another heavy watering till i had drain, now they wont need water till thursday.
75 to 80% of the fan leaves have turned yellow.
Im thinking would it be ok if i turn my lights off for good tomorow night and leave them in the dark for 2 days, then chop?
I have a reasonable amount of experiance but i think im looking for opinions and reasurance.

I wouldn't give them 2 days of dark if the soil is super wet.
