yo guys just a quick question should i continue to lst my low ryder or do you stop in flowering thanks

Looks like she's pretty much done with the stretch so you should be ok.

I make sure to have everything lst before switching 12/12. They wont produce anymore bud sites so there is no point in trying to make room for more.

I've never grown auto. But I would imagine it is the same concept. Once plants start to flower they stop branching and begin stretching to make room for bud.
