Hello RIU,
being a noob I have seen pics of male and female plants.

here are some pics of what I pray is a female plant.

^^^ lol yeah stop doing that, i did it too cause i'm a noob but don't...

it kinda looks female imo, but it's hard to tell yet

eta: agree with the guy above me, now that it's been mentioned kinda just looks like new leaves
 
My question firstly would be how long u had these in flower for already??

Reason i say is, tho i thankfully can't spot any male balls anywhere but i'm not sure i can see any female hairs either (??). I might be wrong but i can't see any sign of sex yet. And be aware those 2 little prongs on the sides of the stem by internodes (might be called stipoles, but can't remember at mo) aren't signs of sex, they just grow normally anyway.

The 1 or 2 female hairs u want it to show are normally quite obvious long, thin, slightly furry hairs, abit like a white eyelash or a moths antennae. Some plants can take 2 weeks from switch to 12/12 before they start showing.

Anyway, like i say i may well be wrong, but hopefully someone more experienced may be able to tell.
 
Plants are 38 days old and still in Veg.

I removed so many leaves because I though My CFL's didn't penetrate the foliage even at 4" so I removed leaves to let the light pass thru.

I was wrong please don't beat me! lol!

what can I say I am a Noob par excellence, when I make a mistake its usually big!

I have a second and third crop coming the are not being plucked like chickens.

I am on the hunt for a Girl or two or three.

Until you put them into flower, you will not know if they are male or female. About 10-12 days after you switch the lights to 12/12, then you will begin to see them show sex. As long as they are in veg, you will never know.
 
Cannot tell the sex until you switch your light cycle to 12/12 and see either balls(male) or white pistils(female). You probably know by now, but don't remove any green fan leaves either. Good job so far.

I am not plucking them unless they cover another plant.

I set them to close.

all a Noob learning process.

I want to make all my mistakes on bag seeds before I make mistakes on seeds I pay for!

Dont pluck them green healthy leaves! Bend your plants. Your leaves are your solar panels and if they don't get the light the plant gets very sad. :cry:
 
I thought and hoped that at maturity all plants would show sex in Veg. 18/6

I figure I need to take clones from mature plants in another 30-60 days since I am at 38 days today on my first group.

Then take rooted clones and put in 12/12 to find my girls.

Then it's Passover but we Kill all the Sons.

any other options I would love some direction!
