Potassium (K) Toxicity:
Usually not absorbed excessively by plants. Excess potassium can aggravate the uptake of magnesium, manganese, zinc and iron and effect the availability of calcium.

i think robert has got it

nute burn for sure, doesn't matter the container size wouldn't do that if you were treating it right, although repotting it might help after you leach the soil, not sure on this as i've never had to do it and the transplant is also stressful on the plant for a few days, but after that if you watered without nutes i bet it'd get bak to lookin healthy

yes get it into a larger container with fresh soil and stop the nutes for a wile ,the soil will act like a buffer later when adding nutes so the roots arent setting in a solution of high concentration of fert
