silly little questions!*about java and MIRC*

hi all , i wanted to use the java chat, but on the main desktop...when i hit "live chat" the page that used to come up asking if you wish to use MIRC or java chat...no long appears, and for some reason the java chat will not work...i have unblocked the java chat, and hit "no" on the second question which is "do you wish to ban actions from this potentially unsafe..."

So really i just wanted to ask....what is the link to the MIRC page/channel, or is the chat function unavailable at the moment

MIRC is a program, install it on your computer and when you hit the link after installing it you should see the option again.

lol ive had MIRC on here for ages! the funny part is, when i use the netbook that has no MIRC on it, i see the option "use MIRC" lol do you know the channel details for MIRC?
