Single stressed leaves

I've recently done a transplant and i hear my plants are stressed. Which is causing them to slightly curl and turn the leaves from the star pointed healthy look to dark green with only 1 leaf.

Any suggestions on to what has happened? How it can be fixed?

Sounds like a very early transplant? Pics would help a lot
