I used Paypal on Dr.Chronic, what you do is if you become verified on Paypal you download the Paypal plugin off of there site and it gives you a credit card you can use on websites and when the number they give you is charged the funds are taken out of your Paypal account.

Nah, there is no seedbank that uses Paypal for security purposes, there is another way however it is VERY illegal and I can't say.
