Skunk is 5 1/2 week into flowering--looks almost ready??

This is a 5 1/2 week flowering Skunk growing in Promix using FF trio. Growing in 3 gal container under 600 watt HPS. Almost looks like she is ready eventhough I am not quite at 6 weeks of flowering!!? Can you tell me how much longer? About half of each buds is already red hair!

Any suggestions on how much longer I should wait? Peace!:weed::weed:
 
Almost ready? Sorry, but you've got at least three to four more weeks to go on that till it's plucking time. Patience grasshopper.

The pistils are 90% red and dying back from what I can see, Id say two weeks max cos usually shortly after the pistils die the calyxes swell and she's done.

4 weeks? She'll probably have gone "overripe-hermie" by then.
 
gud shit bro my girl is skunk to and about the same age,im along fo this,i reakn 2.5-3 weeks got any more pics?
 
I really would recommend a loupe. They're cheap, under 15 bucks for a 40x. That way you can check the trichromes out. Each plant is a little different in its cycle. I try to hit the peak time (5-7 days) by watching those trichomes change. Clear to milky to amber depending on what type of buzz you want.
