Slow plant growth?!?!

My plants are about 3 weeks old and only starting there 3 node... im growing Master kush femed, under a 400w MH for veg. Is this slow growth or is it fairly normal?
 
IMO i would say its slow growth but hey the best always take the longest. But im not familiar with master kush so it could be normal for the strain.
 
You aren't keeping the soil moist all the time are you? Soil needs to dry out a lot before watering it again.
 
I've had seedlings grow this slow on me, its normal. Shes perfectly fine, most of the time they hit a grow spurt and kinda surprise you. Make sure you've got a good temperature, humidity and air flow.
