slowed growth help

This is my first time grow and she was having an awesome start, green and perky, but now ive noticed a redening of her stems and a very abrupt slow down rate in her production. Shes in an aerogarden and I'm using schultz liquid plant foor which is a 10-15-10 concentration. I gave the reseviour seven drops and used a aerogarden nutrient tablet. She's under the stock aerogarden lights and one full-spectrum cfl 32w. also i've noticed she is drooping alot, almost laying down. Please help, I don't want to try and fix it myself and end up hurting her so I figured I should try someone with experience. Oh yeah, and she's about a month old and has 6 sets of fan leaves about 3-4 inches tall if tha helps any

check ur feeding schedule and temps. She looks over-watered. And colder temps slow growth

thanks, ill check that out. also, do you think it could possibly be PH? maybe the nutes caused an imbalance?
