small grow box step by step w/ pics

so i want to make a small low profile box to grow with in my closet, here are some pictures of the box so far, caulked corners, primed, painted inside. anyone have suggestions for ventilation? theres an attic right above my closet...

im thinking about going with some cfl's as i want to keep this grow as cheap as possible.

the dimensions of the box is approx. 18x18x18, once plants get bigger i could add on the top and make it a little taller.

i dont know anything about growing with led's, how good are they and how many would i need if i decided to go with those

LEDs might work okay if you're growing oregano, but I have yet to see any crop worth anything that came from LEDs. If you're rich and can buy $10,000 worth of LEDs, okay, that might work alright, but value-for-dollar, nothing beats HPS for flowering. Not yet, anyway. I do have hopes for the future of LEDs, but they aren't ready for primetime yet, at least not for growing cannabis.

lol as u can see in the pics i had to switch up my game plan a little in the middle there, i still need to go buy lights,

does anyone know how much ventilation i will need for vegging as opposed to flowering

looks good. one question. What is that your doing on the top of the box? the last bunch of pictures i cant really tell what you are doing. im guessing you are going to suspend lights from the 2x4's. how come there shaped like that? looks good either way just curious to know what you've got in the works.

im in the process of mounting lights as well. its harder that it looks...

lol yea it is... and yea your right im going to mount my lights on the 2x4s its in that shape just cause i wanted to stagger the lights to the sides instead of just a straight line.. ill have pics up of the lights being mounted in a min im doing it as we speak lol

nice. i still need to bring my ass down to the hardware store and get the brackets i need for my HID lights. but im a long way from needing my flower cab ready..

you got seeds yet? i have no idea who im gonna order from. Im sick of growing bagseed. My friends tell me to buy some real seeds but everyone says different shit about different companies.
