So its been 24 hours ive had this cfl 1600 lumings on my seed that showed root help?

Well from personal experience if the seed has a growing shoot then it is just a matter of time be patient and it will pay off. I plant befor they have a shoot and are just cracking and i have had great results. You can see them here I started my seeds on Sunday the 21st and those pics are from today. I would wait and not disturb them.

Did you start the seed in paper towels first? If yes, don't worry till it's been 3 days you should see something by then. If no, it could be more like 5-6 days. Those would be the late end of things. Depends a lot on temperature.
I would say put the light on a timer now unless you suspect the temps are low then i would leave it on for the heat.

yeah i paper towleed them and when i saw root i planted in soil been 24 hours and ive had the cfl light on it bout 4 inches away hope it comes!
I would suggest trying to replicate mother nature as closely as you can. That would mean giving the plant some rest/darkness. Typically an 18/6 schedule is great for vegging. You can leave the light on 24/7 but why? Even in areas that get seasons w/ 23-24 hours of light, it is not all direct. A good chunk of those hours are like dusk/twilight.. Hope that helps.
