Soil Conditioner??

So I’m transplanting from 3gal to 10gal fabric pots, I just picked up a bunch of Happy Frog potting soil & Happy Frog soil conditioner.
My question is how much conditioner to soil should I mix, is it just a 50/50 mix?

I would moisten some and then take a handful and squeeze it really hard.Does it compress and stay that way?Or does it fall apart easily ?

If it stays compressed I would use less or I would add perlite.Good soil is airy and wont compress when wet,So pending how much ewc is in it.I dont think I would go 50/50.
