Some Basic Auto Questions Needing Answered

On lighting- is it recommended to use just HPS lights from sprout to completion or do you use or recommend using a MH for a few weeks then change over?
same goes with the light timing. DO you recommend going to 12/12 or keeping them on a longer on schedule like 18/6?


current autos:

2 G13 Pineapple Express
2 Dinafem Critical Jack autos

Hey man, if can get a duel spec bulb or just HPS start to finish will be fine. I got 2 g13 pineapple express about 4/5 days since broke soil. Picked them for hopefully large yields. Also want to keep autos on 18/6 or 20/4 and never change it. Personally I like 20/4. Happy growing! If yu find my info useful please +rep

I would think that mh at first and finishing with hps would be best, however, it's fine to do hps the whole way. I have the ability to switch bulbs but I just use hps start to finish.

I use HPS the whole way 20/4 and forget it...

I have some Critical Jack and easyryder going right now under a 400w HPS roughly 18 about half a week to a week an a half left lol.. the catch is i havent fed them anything but water and lemon juice. the critical has bloomed fairrrllyyyy nicely for not having been fed at all and being my first grow. although there is some foxtailing going on (clearly due to all kinds of deficiencies), I have managed to get a few dense/thick nuggs so far with a lot of long white hairs still shooting out. I suppose this means i have a min of a week left?
