Sooo do you PH water with Pro Mix or not?

This plant is in Berger BM6, similar to Promix HP... maybe a little lighter. That is a gallon FP for reference.
This plant is being grown in less than optimal grow conditions as well. Cold basement shelf 58-63F with 25-30% humidity.
I know better, but I'm not paying to heat and humidify my whole basement. It has a little purpling from the cold and some slightly twisted growth from the low RH. It will bounce back fine once it hits the controlled grow room.

I'm feeding 3X the rate you are every day to 20% runoff. The container is about quart sized.
In a smaller container it's getting flushed every day, removing old salts and adding fresh.
You don't have to worry about what is left in the media, since it will be flushed out the next time it's watered. It's getting oxygen because the dry back is happening the same day. It's not in a heavy mix staying wet for a week at a time.
When it was just starting out it was watered every 3 days.

I run pH right at 6, but I think anything 5.6-6.4 should be fine.
I like to water every other day, but I have grown plants fine watered twice a day to every 3 days.

Going forward I would flush the containers and then feed as you see fit. Just don't do the small feeds with no runoff. Wait till the media is very light but still moist and then do a full watering with feed to get your 20% runoff.

Hey...it's a learning experience.
In the future you'll figure out how to dial in aeration content of media, container size and water frequency.
I have found that watering every 3 days is about the longest you want to go in a soilless mix.
