Sour Cream

She's been flowering for 7 weeks, 5 days.She didn't get much good light much of her life because I had her in the corner of the room. Still, she has the densest bud of any that I've grown so far. Even the little buds along the branches are very firm and dense. Not very frosty though.

I looked her over real good with my 420 scope today. All the trich heads have bubbled and some on the leaves and underneath the buds have started to turn red/amber.Around 50/50 clear/cloudy. Breeders say 9 weeks though. To me,the bud looks done.

well, the frostier the buds.. the more THC your going to have. Therefore, your probably not going to get much potency out of the buds. THC is stored inside the trichs.. inside the dome-top trichs.

Anyhow, still did a good job either way.

Thanks. Might not be potent but I bet I'll get over 2 oz dried off of her.Maybe a lot more.

Not bad i have my Sour Cream germing as we speak. What kind of light do you use?

She started out under CFL's, then 150 watt HPS then in a room with 600 watt HPS. She definatly was given the lowest priority for receiving light in the room. Her mainstalk at the bottom is pretty hard and sturdy but the rest of the limbs are thin and can't support the weight of the buds.. they all fall to one side though...got her laying against the wall.

Mine Germed shes in the Rockwool under a T5 now :d

I have one too and the only reason I haven't started it is because I already have a 10 - 11 week strain, that's how long it is supposed to take.

I've got two of them that are a week into flower and everything I've read about this strain is nine weeks if your lucky and more like bajafox said 10-11.
