Sour diesels strain issues.... Pictures..

Whats up guys, i haven't been on this site for quite a long time. I just started a new strain sour diesels east coast feminized. This isn't my first grow and i know all the rules of thumb. I have a feeding program on how i feed my ladies. I started this strain from seeds but damn i never had an issue like this at such a young stage. After the seeds sprouted out from the jiffys i put them into soil that i had left over from my previous grow and i am not sure if that could of have been the issue, and 2 times when they were about 2 weeks old in 5" pots my rh did drop to 16 by accident. I then had them all in 60 rh for a few days but things started to then get confusing. Does anyone have any experience with these sour diesels east coast f1 strain please help out. I did get my 27 clones off of them already but keeping the big ones on the side just in case clones don't come out right. Anyways pics below...

0oh and btw i am running 600w hps. Another problem i am having is always heat stress on the leaf curls up. Shit made me crazy already with pulling lights back and forth back and forth. As of now i am on 2 1/2 ft away. I did have them far at 3 - 4 ft away but nothing seems to help...
