Spider Mites : I Hate You!!!!!!!!!!

I also hate to start a new topic about spider mites  but everyone's situation is diffrent and i really need some reassurance right now. :-(

I recently got spider mites in the grow. I got neem oil and read everything i could find including the info in the grow faq.

I started using it a little over a week ago. I've applied it every three days and made sure to cover every square inch.

I've only got about three weeks to go. The faq said the spider mite life cycle is two weeks. If i do everything correctly, will i get rid of these bastards (in other words, does this stuff work)?

I'm mostly worried because i have to stop using it at least a week before harvest and spray them down a few times so the final smoke dosen't taste like neem.

mogie had a new spider thread going since yesterday, i think it was in the newbie section but maybe it was in the general section, just search spider mites and you get it;)

Did the little fuckers get to the actual bud or just the leaves? If so, did you apply directly to the buds? Mine were everywhere, by the time I discovered them. This past Sat, I sprayed with insecticidal soap. I sprayed the entire plant, whereever I spotted them. The label said safe to use right up until harvest time on fruits and veggies. It seems to have killed them. I still see them but they aren't moving anymore. I will apply again in a couple days if I see activity. I have about 2 weeks to harvest.

I saw that thread by mogie, i almost posted in there but figured it was an old thread.

I've only been able to see them on the leaves not the buds. I haven't seen any webs either. I need to get down too radio shack and buy one of those magnifiers.

I'm heading to mogie's thread.
