*Heard this somewhere* Can you sprout your seeds in a cup of water
(no dirt)???

sure , but its better to just put them in a paper towel, wet the towels and put them aside for a day or two. Fishing a seed out of a cup ain't fun.

When you use all water, you should drop a bit a bleach in as well. I agree with Victor,though. Paper towel route is least prone to error. Good growers always seem to keep it as simple as possible.

o, i dont mean sprouting lik germinating i mean lik where youll start to see leaves and a stem

Im new to this but i put my seeds into a paper towel wrap them up then place them into a cup of water. You can see them start to get a root after about 2 days.
