Starting week 4 of flowering

hey guys, so this is my really my first post on here regarding questions about growing so lets have at it.

i'm starting my 4th week of flowering on friday and all of plants are looking great on the bud sites and they're sucking up nutes like crazy, i'm loving it.

this morning i noticed a small web on one of the leaves and took it off immediately and sprayed for bugs a few hours after. my main question is really about the bug problem...should i be spraying the whole plant or should i be careful and spray around the bud sites to prevent contamination or mold, spray the fan leaves, the stalk, everything? need some help on that one

one more question for now...next thursday will a month of flowering...what do you guys recommend for total flowering time? 6, 7, 8 weeks? the longer they sit will the bud continue to grow? basically im trying to get as much weight as possible. and one more question i guess while i'm still here...i heard that adding sugar during flowering increases the mass of the buds...is this true?

spray everywhere, if bugs like one part of the plant they will like it all.


Need to now what strain you are growing to figure out total time. and two plants of the same strain can take varying amounts of time depending on lights, nutes, etc....

Molasses will add carbs to your plants which will increase the size.

spray the whole plant, including under the leaves. and i usually wait 1-4 hours after i spray rinse. and as far as flowing time goes, like nthe other dude said depends on strain, my crops usually flower in 6-8 weeks, but just check the trichs to really tell when their done, or what i use to do beaofre i hade a microscope is generally pull when 3/4th of the pistils turned orange. And the buds will continue to grow, just want to harvest it at peak resin production beafore it degrades. and molasses does work also. hope this helps and good luck.

i was told the name of the strains so you know just as well as i do that they may not be that but; PlatinumOG, Black Dynama and Sour Diesel (99% on this one). i'm pretty consistent on watering so nutes should all be the same but the plants were overwatered with hot water by a friend for a week so this is kind of a experiment until the next set of plants go.
as far as molasses i can just get that at a hydro shop im guessing?

should i be spraying for bugs every day? drench it it, medium spray?
