Ok my plants have been in 1 gallon pots. And i would Feed,Water,Feed,Water and so on. It would be like three days in between watering. So since i transplanted in 5 gallons it would be normal for it to take 5x as long? 15 days? isnt that long? its been over a week since i watered my plants and theyre showing no signs of wilt at all. Some info about this from a more experienced growed would be appreciated. +rep

Also how much do you guys typically water soil in a 5 gallon container? Im using happy frog and added about 20% perlite.

What i did was build two boxes. 4x4x6ft. The first has a 400 watt hps and the second has a 600 watt hps. I ended up growing 35 from seed. When it came time to transplant to 1 gallons i got rid of some in different ways and stayed with 24. My original plan was to flower the 600 watts(leaving the 400 box on veg). Then 5 weeks later start to flower the 400watt. That way when the 600 ones are down i can move the 400 hundred ones over for the last half of their flowering period.

Yea well that all going to shit now cause im realizing each of these lights arent really ideal for growing 12 plants. maybe 8 right? probaly 6 would be best (theyre big)

The 600 ones are starting their second week of flowering theyre over 2.5 feet now from soil. So now im thinkin i need to buy another 600wt light. make my flowering area 2x as big (4x8) and have two 600s in there for flowering. 12 plants 6 under each light. ok..here comes the big noob question. How much do you think this will effect my yeild? should pretty much double it right since instead of 12 plants per 600wts itll be 6.

I would also have to move the plants out the room to modify the whole room over and move them back. Is this all worth it or what?
