Stop Flowering?

Because of our weird weather in South Texas (lots of rain and clouds), my plants have started to flower at 4-5 weeks. They aren't full enough to start flowering. Is there any way to slow down that process or keep it in veg longer before full flower? Because they're outside plants, and I don't know how to LST plants (I tried on one), my plants are still leggy. Speaking of weather, we have a Cat 3 hurricane headed our way for Wed. nite/Thurs. morning. Gonna have to bring them in for a few days.

Too late for LST. remove fan leaves covering bud sites and feed with flowering nutes.

You can keep it veg longer by running an artificial for about 3 hours after sundown. A backyard spotlight, a cfl desk lamp, garden solar lights whatever.

The plant to the far right (above) I bent over but there wasn't enough exposed stem to make a difference so I put a screen behind it and laid it out. I then bent the largest fan leaves back and eventually cut all the fan leaves off (a few at a time) and only have bud branches. Why are they so skinny? They are the bud sites, right? Are they going to fill-in? I did trim those branches after watching a video of an old-timer explaining it-he said to only leave the top two new fan leaves from the bud site. I did this after this photo so this is a "before" shot. This is my first attempt at LST.
