ive seen them all in my garden but this one is strange, looks like a small earwig of some sort just without the pincers. i have noticed they are deff living under the pots/in the soil. Some are real tiny and some are about a 1/4in long. They also jump when u try to kill them, anyone got any ideas what they could be so i better kil them off?
