substitute for "fritted trace elements"?

so I decided to go with vic's soil recipie and it calls for "fritted trace elements". I cant get this so I need a substitute. (Im Canadian. I know, it sucks...) Anyone have any suggestions or should I just leave it out completely? I mean its kind of a fucking joke. How is 1 teaspoon of anything going to be beneficial in over 4 cu ft of soil!? It would be impossible to mix evenly, kind of rediculous if you ask me... guys?

kelp meal, greensand, rock dust, azomite (?), granite dust, something along those lines for trace.

I know, 1tsp in 4cf sounds like a bad joke. Wonder if it's a misprint?

If it's a mixture of trace elements you want just order the azomite from online, if that is not a possibility then your local farmers supply "should" have small bags of trace elements, mind you not quite as good as azomite but it will work. Now as far as 1 teaspoon of anything used in grow mediums well for 4 cf I've never even heard of anything that strong for plants except maybe a plant killer, I would kind of think it is a misprint?

Yes I looked at it somewhat, it does seems to have a lot but I make up my soils and all I add is food scrapes, chicken shit, bone meal, wood ash and lime and a little azomite and I'm good to go.
Works damn good to grow plants in flower pots or any other way actually.
