t5 flourecent

i have a pioneer brand T5 flourecent light and my plants are just sprouts at this points and i was wondering how close i should have the light to them....i know there is already a thread explaining this but i jus couldnt quite figure it out and i dont want to jus guess and kill my plants

Just put your hand between the lights and your plants, if it's too hot for your hand it's too hot for your plants.
