Tap Root injured

My Autoflower seedling was growing upside down in my soil. I tried to use popsicle sticks to gently turning back around and the very very tip of the Taproot must have gotten pinched and came off. Did I just kill my little guy or does he have a chance to live

theres a chance to save it i recommend putting it in dark and giving it general organics root booster it works wonders in my experience when it comes to growing roots

I've snapped a tap root and the plant still sprouted fine with no treatment just potted.

Try not to stress it out, make sure it has enough water and just leave it alone

Please explain what upside down means. Once you planted it how did it grow upside down?

My Taproot was growing up not down and ended up poking out of the soil. It's dead now so
