tell me wat u think?

im going to be using a 12l shoe box tub and i have hear of ppl not ever changing the water and just keep on adding it, does that sound right and can i start my seeds/clones in just normal water or nute water? any info plz +rep

and im doing a dwc system i forgot to say and another thing is can u just transplant plants out of soil to a dwc system or do u have to grow straight from the dwc system at all times?+rep

I think you should change water once a week and reset all your balances. Plants like the air bath they get when roots are out of water awhile.

I doubt you could transeplant soil plants to dwc. It's a bit of a shock to be growing in a different ph range all your life then having it lowered suddenly. But maybe it's possible.

I would change atleast every two weeks. Have plenty of airstones. At 12 L thats not a big res and a week might be ok if not on a tight budget. After you make your mix, dont add any more nutes until you do a complete change, just top off with water (if you need to).
