temp is too high, any ideas

my room temperature goes up to about 30-34 degrees c , this is a little warmer than i would like ( i think 26-30 tops would be nicer for denser but during flowering, plus reducing males)

i have a fan blowing constantly, but it is the surrounding air that is too hot, any ideas??

so far all i can think of is a fan and cooler system.

any one have this prob and know how to fix it????
