The classic leaf question / issue?

Ok so happy frog soil and I added some coco / perlite mix as well very small amount . I am aware now after that I should just use soil lol.

Ok so plants are growing looking fine for the most part this plant is on day 31 from sprout out of dirt. I fed them this weekend first time and I used a very small amount for first time . I used mega crop to feed . The yellowing started before I fed them . My question is is that a nutrient issue and if so what nutrients? I looked online at the pics and I just can’t decipher what it is. Here are some pics the plans have no bugs no other issues and teams stay between 74-78 with last week being closer to 79 as we’re in a crazy heat wave .

Ty that’s what I assumed . I fed it a bit this weekend hopefully that starts to help and I’ll start feeding it regularly.
