the correct way to inhale

How ever you smoke your herb still works all the same, but along my years I've came across a few tricks not many people talk about.

Its all about breathing. Think as if you were doing yoga or meditating, with out any smoke just take a deep breath in, and exhale hard. This should be the same motion when smoking, as you clear the hit, in one motion keep breathing in like a deep breath, under your diaphragm until its full, like you would if you weren't smoking. *MAKE SURE TO BREATH IN WITH YOUR NOSE AND MOUTH *

hold it in for a good second, you don't have to kill yourself but make sure you don't exhale immediately. As you begin to exhale, exhale out your nose and mouth at the same time, mid way through your exhale breath in deep again through your mouth and nose then continue your exhale.
Also coughing gets you super ripped, I actually let myself cough on purpose, not just because its in pineapple express. I generally try to cough while I'm exhaling.

I know its pretty basic but I think its a part of smoking that's over looked at to most efficiency absorb the thc. Either way the smoke goes, down your throat or out or nose it'll still do the trick. Just make sure you breath deep while your smoking.

I like blowing the smoke out my nose. Down side is the wicked boogers you get. I could see how the deep yoga breaths would help you smoke.

Would you say that you have taken this way too serious...? Inhaling is done with no thought, we have to think to smoke, but to say there is a proper way to inhale is saying there is a proper way to excrete feces out your rectum.

I've seen SO many girls blow out hits after chambering them in their mouths and throats, with a small percentage of the smoke hitting their lungs...So good ups, man, some things that come naturally to us may not come naturally to all. It helps a lot of you smoked cigarettes before you started smoking weed.

I fill a glass gallon jug with smoke, so I usually just take deep breaths and stretch a bit while I smoke. Works every time :)

I try to suppress the coughing to the point that I don't cough at all. I feel it lets me have a more relaxed and enjoyable smoke as opposed to coughing up my lungs. Also I think i can actually smoke longer and get higher when I'm not coughing because once it starts It fucking sucks and the toking stops.

so about Inhaling and Holding... I try to inhale it, fast or slow doesn't matter, hold it for atleast 4 seconds, then exhale. As I Understand, the THC is absorbed by the lungs very rapidly, and too much unnecessary time holding the smoke will just let you absorb the crap. I like the yoga thought, but I vaporize a lot of dank every day and I don't have time to look into it too deeply ;)

If your coughing the smoke is too hot. I always hold my hit in for five seconds and exhale slowly and take little breaths in sorta like what is taught in lamaze breathing..
