the end all be all to dwc period

Ive searched high and low and got some info but I feel like I need more pieces to the puzzle . I found it hard to believe at first but yes the ladies like a bucket of water with a bubbler at the bottom , yea I know f-n crazy well now that there a month chopski's upski's Im no more informed than when I first started, like Im running into the problem of low nutes at the end of the week because Ive put a gallon of water into each bucket daily 3-5 gallon buckets stating nutes at 800 ending at 150-180 ,
I have the water about an inch below the net pots that seems to work for rockwool but not hydroton , they like it right at the net pot .What temps are acceptable for dwc rooms whats a likable humidity ,since there sitting in the fluid should my juices be really low or really high ph-ed if anyone has info on a book it would be appreciated or a link that has the said info Im looking for it would be awesome
