The obvious advantages and possible pitfalls of harvesting a fully hydrated plant

Theres not a lot I can say about it,harvesting a fully hydrated plant slows down the drying process during hanging which is beneficial to taste and smoothness. If you want your erb quickly you should harvest a thirsty plant,it wont make a lick of diference in potency just in taste and smoothness. Its smart to use a dehumidifier at 45-50% when hanging a fully hydrated plant to avoid any possible mold or fungus issues.Does erb get fungus? And if so is it among us?Only aspergillus knows for sure...

Man for the second time in 8 years I have some mold on my paradise seeds nebula,I use 1K hortilux's to flower so they get pretty large and dense. Its been really low humidity out here for the last week, and I kept my dehumid at 50% RH just in case. What do you folks usually set your dehumids at when hanging/drying plants?
