The right plant food ??

Can i use 28-6-14 miracle gro plant food it says you will get twice the size of your plant will this be ok for my white widow indoor soil grow??

i wouldnt mate i would use vitalink or cocco a and b this is what i use it was recomended from a grow shop i visit quite often
i use cocco fibre for soil its great thanks widdow

can anybody send me a link to some good nutes for my plants i am useing soil and perlite right now so i just need a good plant food like all in one type deal or i food for veg and 1 for flower??
