Think this is sufficent to start plants off?

I'm going to be starting a bubble system as soon as I build my grow cabinet, but wanted to see what you guys think of how I have them temporarily.

Just the bottom of my kitchen closet. 4x24w CFLs,2 fans to keep them cool, and the root ready kit. The door stays cracked open about a 1/4 inch for ventilation.

As you can see 3 are sprouted, but one of them is burned. That happened because I had it in soil with one of the CFLs just sitting right on top of it helping it grow. I got a little to over zealous about it and well...burned it... Lesson learned.

Think this should be ok till I make a 2nd grow cabinet for them?

Oh yah, light is on a 18/6 cycle and all 4 of the CFLs are 6500k. Went to go grab a few 43w CFLs but so far the 3 stores I went to only had the 26w

found a 200w CFL today which is now in my top lamp. All sprouts are now popped and the burned plant is recovering fine. Only problem I'm having now is trying to find a cabinet to fit my 40 gallon grow container
