Thinking bout doing a SCROGG help and tips please??

I ve benn researching this and i have a couple of questions. What type of light is generally used. I have a 600 wtt hps right now. And i am wondering how do you keep the main branch from growing to high while the others catch up. Im i under the right assumption that I would have to just move the main branch farther along the screen as it grows and then fill the rest of the branchs accordingly?

how many can i do under a 600 hps thinking maybe 4. i have 4 flower cheese clones ranging from 4in to 10in already. growing in soil.

i havent done it myself yet but been reading up alot.
you wont have a main branch cos you need to top your plant.

Depends on if you LST the plant before stickey.

One has the option to do both. But I LST'd before my scrog and it worked beautifully . I have hella tops man. Around 80
