to start you need more lighting. at least more floros or bigger one - better yet an MH for the veg stage to being with.
the browning is just the cotelydon, the seed leaves. which would eventually turn brown and fall off anyway. i wouldnt worry about it, but keep an eye on serrated leaves that are coming in. they look good tho.

but i would be careful with that heat lamp. monitor your temps closely when you have something like that going on.
you will want these little guys under 24 hrs of light.
think about what you will transplant those in, there is no drainage in a coke can, so you will want something that allows the soil to drain.

go buy some 42w cfls...
or... even better... a 400w hps, or a 250 at that...

Or hell... If it's two plants, just get a cheap 70w HPS security light and modify it. They're like 40$ on eBay or 50$ at Lowes.
well ive got a 1000 wat sunsystem lamp but is that to big for it but i dont want to use it yet b-cause it runs on 220v. these will go in a 5ft tall by 2ft wide by 2 1/5 long area. and also wat are cfl lights? eventually these four will go into that lil grow box im making with the measurments i put up their and i will put that 1000 wat sunsystem in thier but for the mean time what are some cheap light i can use i have a 15 wat fluro for plants it say it puts out 510 lumens will that be enough till i get the grow box setup?

cfl = compact fluorescent lights... the pigtail looking fluoros that screw into normal light sockets... aka energy saving bulbs...
a 400w hps would perfectly light that space though... and thats what i'm gonna recommend...

the CFLs will get you by, but get them under the 1k asap.
water enough so the soil is moist all the way thru, but not sloppy. if you grab a moisture meter- thats a quick, handy way of seeing. and everyday might not be the case for you- you want the soil under the surface, like an inch down- to be moist. again a meter will tell you this.
water as needed and not everyday (unless of course, thats needed), i dont rememebr hold old these plants are, but after about 2 weeks from seed you can introduce nutrients.

so let me get this right. ur ganna use cfls in a veg box and then the 1000 in the flowering room. sounds like a good setup for a perpetual. for me, i dont use cfls, but i would want 100 watts per plant of cfl light in my veg box. i have a 250mh in my 32x24x36" veg box and i love it. i grow 12 plants in there until about 12 inches(gets crowded near the end) and then throw them into the flowering room. but if i were u get them bitches under the 1000, fuck the cfls man HPS ALL THE WAY!
