Toolage's 2012 Indoor Garden

Hi all. Well its time for me to start my 2012 Journal. If you are curious on what my setup looked like at the start to how it looks now check out my first journal. My first time growing didn't turn out how I thought it would and things happened and such so 2011 wasn't the best year but I learned things. For you guys and girls I will be taking pics from my last grow of some of the equipment and few other things and using them in here so that you guys know what I have to work with.

18 - BC Ice
22 - Haze
18 - Hash Plant
20 - BC Skunk
21 - Sweet Dreams
17 - BC Mango
22 - The Purps

BC Ice
BC Ice is a great indoor plant, producing a powerful aroma and dense buds. The compact buds are covered with heavy crystals. First time cultivators will find this strain to be good starter variety. Strong plants with very minimal foliage making it an easy harvest. A classic Ice high can last a long time.

FLOWERING TIME: 8 - 9 weeks

Haze
Haze is tall and bushy. The buds might be small but they are very potent. These plants can grow huge when given enough space. The high is incredibly clear and up energy.

Flowering Time: Indoor 8 weeks

Hash Plant
Hash Plant is a mix of Sativa and Indica that has a smooth taste. The plant darkens as it matures and grows to a medium height. The finishing time is a full 8 weeks and gives a good yield. This marijuana plant produces abundant resinous and large thick buds with a sweet smell.

Flowering Time: Indoor 8 - 9 weeks

Sweet Dreams
As the name suggests, Sweets dream is sweet with a deep hashy flavor. This strain gives the best yield in the shortest time with hydro garden. The branches are strong so minimal tying is required. The buds are very hard and heavy with lots of resin. High tolerant to powder mildew and performs well under many conditions.

Flowering Time: Indoor 8 weeks

BC Skunk
Classic British Columbia skunkweed seeds. It is suitable for most standard indoor gardening methods. Good variety for beginners and commercial growers. If you are looking for something potent this would be a excellent choice. Great strain for indoors and outdoors.

FLOWERING TIME: 8 - 9 weeks

BC Mango
BC Mango is an indica strain that produces big crystal buds and easy to grow. Not too much foliage gives a good yield per square metre of space. This plant has a wonderful aroma and the smoke is smooth. Mango is great for the beginner grower and perfect for commercial growers.

FLOWERING TIME: 8 - 9 weeks

The Purps
This is a very disease resistant plant, the taste is superb smooth and has an exceptionally rich sweet aroma. The buds are extremely sticky with a beautiful color. This is the strongest plant ever created. It’s an excellent smoke, this one is an absolute must for all growers.

FLOWERING TIME: 8-9 weeks.

----- December 25th, 2011 - And Now It Begins -----

Hi all. Merry Christmas. I have chosen to start 1 seed off and go from there since I plan on growing all 7 of the strains but not all the seeds. I learned from the first time I tried to grow and well I am not gonna grow all the seeds like I did the first time and almost lose all of the plants I had.

I am hoping to have at least 1 harvest from each strain.

and.... Now it begins.

----- New Years Eve Update (December 31st, 2011) -----

Hey all. Ok so my seed cracked and had a taproot in about 24 hours but I left it in water longer but I changed it and let the tap root get longer. Now I know you guys are gonna say I did it wrong or why did I leave the seed in water longer or why did I take the shell off the seed and that is because instead of it having to wait for it to brake the ground it doesn't have to and it doesn't have to shed its shell as we know they don't always shed their shell and they stretch and we try to take it off with out hurting the seedling so I did it my self before hand so I don't have to go though that. Also my frist grow as you guys saw my plants did really good until I had a hit and miss experience with the 70w MH and problems cloning but I took the shell off the seeds to that are plants so as you can see they didn't get hurt during the process but also they had a better start.

I am doing a little experiment this time because the last time the plants were all fed a very very weak feed when I planted them into soil once they had a taproot and now I am giving 1 no plant food for the first 1 to 2 weeks. I have started to germinate a 2nd BC Ice seed but this one I will be putting it into DWC and giving it a very weak feed so the one in soil will have a head start and the one in rockwool might take a little longer to grow as much but its why its an experiment.
