top bud rot?

im guessing this brown crispy deadness on top is bud rot?
should i harvest this plant already ???

the zoom in on the 3rd pic...already had brown dead spots and thats why theres a hole....the other cola is starting to look like that too? i think its because there was a spike in temperatures this week..
