transplanting

Im in solo cups , what pots would you transplant into 3s or 5s to start the flowering process....

5's if you can. Bigger pot, bigger plant.

if you are referring to 3 and 5 gallon pots, its likely going to be a much better idea to to to 3 gallon(or even 2 gallon) as your next size up... going from a solo cup to a 5 gallon pot will slow the growth down while the small root structure gets used to the new larger medium it now has to expand into.
