Greetings all. So I've previously done 2 grows with DWC using random seeds I found in my bud, just to experiment. I never invested too much in to it. Used some unknown nutes I got off Craiglist (probably even expired), a 250w MH light I'm surprised even worked, and sealed off half of my closet and lined it with that reflective bubble wrap from Lowes. For it being my first times ever and just following any tips i could find online, I must admit, they both didn't turn out all that bad and I had a freakin blast. I would sit in the closet staring at them for hours.
Anyways.... This time i wanna try it for real with the right equipment and good strains. Ive already bought the following:
2 - 5 gal buckets with net pot tops, pump and hoses
General Hydro 3 part flora nutes
PH and TDS meters
Gen Hydro CalMag
Botanicare Hydroguard
PH up and down
Slaouwo 1000w LED Light
Mars TS1000 1000w LED Light
Starter plugs
5 - Gelato autoflower seeds
5 - Zkittlez autoflower seeds
5 - Wedding Cake autoflower seeds
And again Im converting a portion of my closet in to a grow space with that same shiney bubble wrap stuff. Reason I got 2 lights is cuz that Slaouwo light says 1000w but I dont know bout that. Plus its those purple lights which I also dont know bout that. So I got another 1000w LED with with the reg light. I figure both of them together cant hurt. Thing is this other "reg" light gets hot. Now my space doesnt have a top or ceiling, I just hang the lights from the racks in the closet. So my question is...
Should I have an exhaust fan next to the light?
Or will a reg fan blowing cool air in be enough?
I really wanna have a good result in the end so if anyone has any tips or advise that i should know then please let me have it. Yeah... Ive done 2 grows before with decent results, but this time its like im learning again for the 1st time, cuz Ive never used any of this stuff i bought other than PH up n down, and Ive never grown any autos. So please, if there ia anything I should know or anything else I should get that Im gonna need, let me know.
